What method of cleaning do you use?

We offer a unique, low-moisture, environmentally-friendly process called oscillating pad extraction (OPE). If you are tired of wet carpets that take days to dry, spots and stains that keep coming back, ugly soil "wicking" back to the carpet's surface, and carpet rippling and browning, then we are thrilled to introduce you to a WHOLE NEW CLEANING SYSTEM. OPE uses very low moisture, new GREEN CHEMISTRY and specially-designed machines that clean all sides of the carpet fibers! The result is a deep, safe clean — and your carpet will be dry in about an hour.

Can you remove pet urine spots and stains from my carpet?

Urine spot restoration can be a complicated procedure. The type of carpet and the degree of contamination greatly affects the outcome. Often we are able to achieve very satisfactory results using new topical solutions and treatments.

Will your cleaning service cause my carpet to re-soil faster?

No. We use the best cleaning solutions, equipment, and procedures. Our solutions are formulated to not cause re-soiling, and our procedures leave minimal residue — leaving your carpet soft and clean!

Does cleaning remove the stain protection from my carpet?

No. The primary cause of loss of carpet protector is the daily foot traffic and use of the carpet. Carpet protector is a clear coating on a flexible fiber. Over time, the flexing of the carpet fibers will cause the protector to flake off.

Is it a good idea to restore the carpet protection?

Yes - that's why we include it with all of our residential cleanings FREE OF CHARGE and not as an "upsell". The fiber manufacturers put protector on the carpets to resist soiling. Protector wears off due to normal use. Having a professional restore your carpet's protector will keep your carpets looking clean longer, and extend your carpet's life.

Why are your prices higher than the coupons I receive in the mail?

Professional carpet cleaning is not a commodity. Service, quality, and expertise will vary from business to business. In most cases you get what you pay for. We also believe in straight-forward pricing, and we do not have hidden charges — and no "up-sells".

Are your cleaning solutions safe for my family?

Yes. We are very aware and concerned about using the safest products in your home. At your request, we will gladly provide you with safety information about any of the products we use in your home.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

The carpet manufacturers recommend annual professional cleaning for residential carpets. The other variables you should consider are the color and style of your carpet, amount of use, and any health-related concerns of family members.
